We offer delivery across the major metropolitan areas of the United Arab Emirates; a complete list of our major destinations is available above.
Unfortunately, there are a number of locations where we are currently not able to offer home delivery. These locations can be found in the table above.
Please note that if you live beyond the city limits of the location you've selected then it may be necessary to collect your shipment. If you're unsure about whether or not your address is too far please make sure to email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery promise for our major destinations is available above. The majority of our clients should expect the first delivery attempt within three working days of placing the order.
The effective working days our Saturday to Thursday and do not include Public holidays.
My order has been shipped, what next?
When your order is ready for delivery you should receive an SMS notification or a call. This means that one of our drivers or courier team has your shipment and should be on the way to you shortly. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any address amendments. A signature to confirm receipt of the order is required upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for it yourself, please be sure to entrust someone to collect your ordered item on your behalf, please issue an authorization letter on your behalf outlining the details of the person you have nominated.
What if they try to deliver while I am out of the house?
The courier will first call you and fix a convenient time for delivery
Who will pay for the return Shipping?
UAE customers will be charged any additional fees for Returns and Exchanges by using their own courier of chose.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We really hope that you're happy with your purchase!
We provide our customers with a 7-days FREE returns period within UAE only.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund. We’ll be happy to exchange a product providing it's returned within specified return period, in its fully re-saleable condition with undamaged packaging. If product is in new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour.Exchanging an item for a different size is based on the availability of stock and additional charges will be collected from customer depends the value of items.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the itemwithin 7 daysof your purchase. 1. Please email@example.com request an exchange.
2. Mail your returned item with Returns Number to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, original receipt and also the Returns Number given on acceptance of your request by our office.
4. You can’t return your purchase item after 7 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.

There are certain situations where no exchanges are granted:
Any item not in its original condition / damaged or missing tags
Items sent back without obtaining a returns number from us.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds(Faulty Goods Only)
We only refund items, which are deemed faulty. The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from receipt at our warehouses. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Did you pay Cash on delivery? In such cases, we will require your bank details in order to make the refund. So you have to provide your bank details to our concerned department through e – mail or written request along with ID proof.
If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by post, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.
Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.
